In the European Economic Area (EEA), the MONJO services are provided by Mynapse Europe Holding B.V. in the Netherlands, which for the purposes of applicable data protection legislation is the data controller responsible for your personal data when you use our Services. Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.

Service refers to the Application, including the MONJO server systems.
Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the IP address of user, timestamps of connecting).
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Collecting and Using Your Personal Data

Personal Data

While using Our Service, we ask You to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that is used to connect you to Your MONJO account, and some Usage Data is collected automatically for diagnostics reasons. The personally identifiable information we will ask from You is, Your:
• Phone number
• Email address (optional)
• Usage Data

Phone number
During the installation of your MONJO account, you will be asked to provide your mobile phone number. Your mobile phone number will be linked to your MONJO account. Your phone number will be securely uploaded to and stored on MONJO servers. Your phone number is used to identify only visible to your contacts.

Email address

During the installation of your MONJO account, you will be asked to provide your email address. Providing your email address is optional and will only be used to enable you to recover your MONJO account. If you do not provide an email address you are not be able recover your MONJO account. Your email address is not visible to other users.

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.

Usage Data include information such as your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), the time and date of your usage of the app, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

When you access the Service by or through a mobile device, we will collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, the IP address of Your mobile device, the brand and model of your device, your mobile operating system and the version of your operating system. The usage data is only collected and used for diagnostic purposes.

Information Collected while Using the Application

While using Our Application, in order to provide features of Our Application, we collect at regular intervals, but only with your prior permission:
• Phone Contacts’ number
• Phone Contacts’ name

Phone Contacts’ number

MONJO will ask you for permission to access the your phone’s contacts. If you agree, We will collect the phone numbers of the contacts, transmit them securely to the server for automatic discovering and connecting your contacts, who have a MONJO account, to You in MONJO on regular basis and only when MONJO is in use. The contacts’ phone numbers are not stored on the server and not shared to any third party.

Phone Contacts' name

MONJO will ask you for permission to access the your phone’s contacts. If you agree, We will collect the names of the contacts. This name will be displayed in your MONJO contacts list. The collected names of your MONJO contacts will be transmitted securely to the server for at regular interval and only when MONJO is in use, for the purpose of backup. The names will be privately stored in your private MONJO contacts list on the MONJO server. MONJO will not share the names with any third party.

Use of Your Personal Data

The Company use Your Personal Data for the following purposes:
To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor the usage of our Service.
Security, to enable different levels of encryption, that secure your communication with other users.
To manage Your Account, to manage Your registration as a user of the Service. The Personal Data You provide can give You access to different functionalities of the Service that are available to You as a registered user.
To manage Your requests, To attend and manage Your requests to Us
For other purposes, We may use Your information for other purposes, such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns and to evaluate and improve our Service, products, services, marketing and your experience.

Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Account Deletion

If you would like to delete your account, you can do so in MONJO. Deleting your account removes all messages, media, contacts and every other piece of data stored on your device and on the MONJO servers. After the delete is initiated Mynapse will retain your basic personal data securely for 2 weeks for legal purposes. In that period Mynapse will not use, nor process your data, other than to fulfil any legal obligations.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
We will let You know via email and/or a prominent notice on Our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy.
You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
